The Compassionate Friends will be hosting the Worldwide Candle Lighting at East Auburn Baptist Church on 560 Park Ave. in Auburn. The Compassionate Friends is a worldwide group supporting parents/grandparents who have lost a child. Every year on the 2nd Sunday in December at 7 pm we join other families around the world by lighting candles to remember our children. The service begins at 6:45 pm with candles being lit at 7 pm by each person to remember their child. Please bring a picture/memento of your child/grandchild. Candles will be provided.
