The Positive Radio Network, Inc., having made a reasonable, good faith assessment that it is a "religious broadcaster" under the criteria set forth in §73.2080(a) of the Commission’s Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Rule, has attested before the FCC that it has adopted religious belief or affiliation as a job qualification for all of its full-time employment positions. Accordingly, The Positive Radio Network. understands that it is exempt from complying with the FCC’s specific recruitment requirements set forth in

§73.2080(b)-(d) and in the Commission’s Report and Order in MM Dockets 96-16 and 98-204 , and in lieu thereof, makes reasonable good faith efforts to recruit widely for full-time job vacancies from among those individuals who share its religious belief or affiliation.

The Positive Radio Network employs three full-time staff.
