Ideas on how to PACK someone:

Pay the toll for the car behind you, ask the attendant to give them the card.
Pay for the car behind you in the drivethru and ask the person at the window to give them the card.
Leave a gift for someone who needs cheering up with just PACK'd card.
Clean some part of the house and leave a PACK'd card in place of the mess.
Give up that parking space that is yours at the mall, and leave a PACK'd card on the windshield.
Let someone cut in line before you at the grocery store.
